The GLO24K NOVA-X costs $499.00 on the seller's own site, www.glo24k.com, and shipping inside the USA is free. You get a full refund only if you send it back unopened and as new within 30 days of the purchase date. Once it has been opened or used, the seller's policy offers an exchange, not your money back.

How much does the NOVA-X cost?
GLO24K sells the NOVA-X as a single device with no multi-pack or bundle option. Prices as of October 2, 2026; check the checkout for today's.
| Where | Price shown | Shipping shown |
|---|---|---|
| GLO24K official site (www.glo24k.com) | $499.00 for 1 device | Free in the USA; $59.99 flat to ship internationally |
| Ulta (online only) | $209.99 sale price, listed as regularly $299.99 | Free standard shipping over $35; the item cannot be shipped via air |
| OK Pharmacy RGV listing | $499.00, shown with a crossed-out $599.00 | Points you to the official site to buy |
Two things stand out. First, the $599.00 “was” price on the pharmacy page is not what the seller's own page shows. The official page shows $499.00 with no markdown. Second, Ulta lists the same product name for far less. The Ulta page does not say why, and the seller's page does not explain the gap. Before you rely on the lower price, check that the Ulta listing is the same device and read Ulta's own return terms, which this page does not cover. Ulta also says the brand is excluded from most of its coupons.
The seller's pages also show a “Claim 25%” prompt. The NOVA-X product page itself shows $499.00, so look at the checkout to see whether any offer applies to this device and what total you will actually pay.
What does shipping cost, and how long does it take?
| Item | What the seller says |
|---|---|
| USA standard shipping | Free on all orders |
| When it leaves | Ships from its warehouse within 2 business days |
| Transit time | 2 to 3 business days to most USA addresses (it ships from Texas) |
| International shipping | Flat $59.99 |
| Return shipping | You pay it; the seller does not reimburse it |
Add it up: up to 2 business days to dispatch plus 2 to 3 days in transit means your device may take about a week to arrive. That matters for the refund clock below.
What is the refund policy?
The seller's refund page says it “stands behind” its products, and a banner on every page says “Satisfaction Guaranteed.” The fine print is narrower than that banner:
| Your situation | What the policy gives you |
|---|---|
| Unopened or as new, within 30 days of purchase | Full refund |
| Opened or used | Exchange only |
| Bought from another retailer | That retailer's return policy applies, not GLO24K's |
| Return shipping cost | Yours; GLO24K will not pay it |
In practice, this is not a try-it-and-get-your-money-back guarantee. If you take the NOVA-X out and use it for a few weeks and then decide it is not for you, the stated remedy is an exchange for another product. The 30 days also count from the date you purchased it, not the date it arrives. With shipping time, your window to inspect it and request a refund while it remains unopened or as new is shorter than 30 days.
The seller only accepts returns on items bought directly from its website or by telephone with the company.
How do I request a refund?
- Decide inside the window. Count 30 days from your order date, not delivery. Keep the box and packaging intact while you decide.
- Contact the seller first. The refund page says to start by emailing [email protected] or using the contact form on the site. The contact page asks you to include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase for transaction questions.
- Ship it back with tracking. The seller recommends sending products with a tracking number. The refund page lists a returns address under “Attn: Returns”; use the one on the policy page, and put a copy of your receipt in the package.
- Pay the postage. The policy says you cover return shipping, including the cost.
- Keep proof. Save the tracking number and your emails. The policy does not state how long a refund takes once the item arrives, so ask for a written confirmation of the amount and timing.
What is the 90-day warranty, and how is it different?
The warranty is separate from the refund. The seller says every device carries a 90-day manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing or workmanship defects. To activate it you must register the device within 14 days of purchase, and the seller says failing to register on time may void it. Keep your receipt.
- It does not cover mistreatment or misuse.
- If a defect is found, the seller may ask you to send the device back for inspection.
- If it is judged defective, the seller replaces it free of charge, but you pay shipping and handling for the replacement: $29.99 within the USA, or $49.99 plus possible customs fees internationally.
Write down the model name and any serial number on your unit when it arrives. Our guide to finding a device's model and serial number shows where those details usually sit on a device and why they help if you ever need to report a problem.
What if I buy it somewhere other than GLO24K?
The seller's warranty page says that if you buy from an authorized retailer, you are covered by that retailer's return or exchange policy, and that all its devices carry the 90-day warranty. The refund page says returns for items bought elsewhere go through that retailer. If you are tempted by the Ulta price, check Ulta's return window and whether it accepts opened devices. Then ask GLO24K support whether the warranty registration works with an Ulta order number.
How can I pay safely and confirm the seller is real?
The GLO24K site lists a company email, a contact form, a returns address and written shipping, refund and warranty terms. Those are the details consumer guides ask you to look for. The OCC's guide to online scams lists fake shopping sites and prices that look too good to be true as warning signs, and says to verify a site before entering payment details. A credit union's guide to shopping scams adds that credit cards limit your liability for fraudulent purchases in a way that payment apps and some debit cards do not.
Type the web address yourself rather than following an ad, and look for the padlock in your browser at checkout. The same habit of reading what a seller actually states applies to any product page; our piece on reading a supplement facts panel shows it for labels.

Before you order
- Ask support whether a device taken out of its box counts as “opened” for the 30-day refund.
- Ask how long a refund takes after the return arrives, and get the answer in writing.
- Confirm at checkout whether a “Claim 25%” or other offer applies and what total you will pay.
- If you consider the Ulta listing, confirm it is the same NOVA-X and read Ulta's return rules first.
- Register the device within 14 days if you want the 90-day warranty, and keep your receipt.
- Pay by credit card and keep your order emails and tracking numbers.
